Arthur J. Brewster is of counsel to The Truitt Law Firm, and he maintains his own separate successful practice. Mr. Brewster graduated from Jesuit High School and Loyola University School of Law with Bobby Truitt. He obtained his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of New Orleans in 1984. He graduated with a J.D. from Loyola in 1987, and while at Loyola, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Mr. Brewster has tried many jury trials with Mr. Truitt to a successful result, and he always brings his unique perspective as a personal injury attorney, in his own firm, to the table. In this respect, Mr. Brewster is recognized for his expertise in the area of Federal Longshore and Harbor Worker's Compensation claims, and he is a frequent speaker in this area to peers, claims professionals, and members of the compensation administrative and judicial system.

Mr. Brewster is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. He is also admitted to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American and Louisiana Trial Lawyer's Association.

Mr. Brewster is married and has three sons. He resides in Metairie, Louisiana, where he also maintains his own private practice.
