Michael M. St. Romain was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Hammond, Louisiana. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He followed up his undergraduate studies by attending Southern University Law Center where he obtained his J.D. Michael was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association in 2017 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
