All AI assisted work is carefully reviewed, edited, and approved by a licensed attorney before it is relied upon or shared with a client, opposing counsel, or a court. Final legal analysis, strategy, and advice are always provided by an attorney.

We also take reasonable steps to protect client confidentiality and ensure our use of AI complies with applicable ethical obligations, professional standards, and our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information.
